Installed Love temperature controller TSX3 (Factory instruction manual available here). My wiring diagram available before and after installation as well as my Love software variables are also available here).

Purchased 24' of 16 awg blue power wiring, 4 angle brackets (attach collar to freezer) and 4 angle brackets (hold collar edges). I also purchased 12' of 1" thick Pine to make a new collar. 2" was too thick for my circular saw and leaves almost no room for future insulation installation.
Aug 18th:
Taking shank assembly back to midwest and ordering 4 off of beveragefactory.com to save $60.
Aug 18th:
Built stand with wheels, painted chest freezer and lid gloss black (appliance paint).
Aug 18th:
Purchased supplies & started building.

Purchased Love temp controller (TSX3, $70) and temp probe ($8.50). I paid an extra $20 for a blue LCD screen, a little crazy. Total: $120
Aug 12th:
Purchased Frigidair chest freezer (~5-7 years old, works like a champ). Total: $50
