Adjustment of the vertical and horizontal lines, levels.
The every anamorphic lens ask of adjustment of the lens mount levels.
This is procedure must be make on real cinema camera, because, the lens mount of cinema camera can be differ from standard.
You need any test picture with real vertical and horizontal levels.
I use of test picture :
I use laser level.
The horizontal and vertical lines of test picture must coincide with laser horizontal and vertical lines of level.
To setup tripod with digital photo camera and spherical lens.
Need switch "on" a Grid on viewfinder of digital photo of cinema camera.
The grid lines of viewfinder must coincide with horizontal and vertical lines of test picture and level.
Do not change position of camera and tripod head and disconnect spherical lens from camera and attach anamorphic lens.
The lens mount of anamoprhic lens must be prepared for adjustment.
The lock screws of lens mount of anamorphic lens must be release ( unscrew on a few turns ).
For example.
We have 50 mm LOMO prime anamorphic lens 35 BAS-4-15
The lens mount have a few lock screws.
The lock screws need release and lens mount ring can be turn on a small angle.
We will turn lens inside lens mount ring and control horizontal and vertical grid lines of viewfinder with horizontal and vertical lines of test picture.

We need catch coincidence.
Need to press a lens housing at camera direction and jam a lock screws of lens mount,
