Elders has the most stunning view of Oldshoremore Bay

You can sit and watch the world go by and see the trawlers going into Kinlochbervie, or watch seagulls, sheep and extensive wildlife.

It is great to relax -read/sew/knit in and has sufficient separation from the Main Room below for two groups to have their own activities

Main Room

The Main Room is open plan and has the wood burning fireplace with map over to plan your adventures

TV with DVD player and radio (and a collection of DVDs and packs of cards and games in case needed!)

The dining table is extendable to sit 8

Doors lead off to the kitchen and utility / bathroom WC

Bathroom and Utility



The Bathroom is separated from the main room with a utility lobby which houses the washer drier and storage.

There is another lovely Highland stoneware panel over the bath and a shower over bath. There are handrails over the bath and a heated towel rail and overhead fan heater.

Stairs leading to Main Bedroom

Main double bedroom - Velux window to catch the morning sun with views of the cliffs to the rear and garden and the front window for the evening sunsets and view of the beach.

It has a lovely 4 poster bed which actually gives a very cosy feel to the room and is superbly comfortable. Built in hanging wardrobe cupboard and dressing tables and drawers for each occupant. Finished off with Highland stoneware side table lamps and red tartan curtains add to a relaxing space to sleep soundly with the waves on the beach as a backdrop.

Landing to second main bedroom

The landing leads from the stairs to this bedroom which is at the sea end of the house and has a large window overlooking the sea and Oldshoremore Beach.

The room has a 4 ft double bed and a lovely airy feel to it. There are drawers for clothes and a dressing table.

Middle single bedroom

This bedroom has a single bed and hanging space and storage shelves for clothes

It has great views of the sea and Oldshoremore Beach

Outside grounds


There is quite a fair sized rear garden and the end wall of the house makes a great sun trap to take a coffee and sit and enjoy the view from


Parking for two cars but note as the access drive is quite steep and is also off a steep hill it is tight and an awkward entrance for cars especially large vehicles or if you have a car with low ground clearance - if you are unsure then it is best to avoid or park at the top of the hill. Most people manage with normal sized cars and up to a large people carrier can get in with skill but care is needed.


Do not use the caravan parking space opposite as this is in constant use by its owners- and not to use passing places.
