We put the cost of the cleaning and electricity within your control by taking a refundable deposit for this element. All that needs to be done initially on booking is provide your details and pay a 50 holding deposit and the balance of the letting fee is paid 6weeks prior to entry.
Rates per week are shown beside each week- if the figure is struck through then the week is unavailable.
Changeovers arrive after 4pm Sat leave by 1pm the following Sat.
Visitors are to bring their own bed linen and towels. The properties are let out on the basis that at the end of the stay they are left in a clean tidy condition suitable for the following people to use.
A checklist is provided of what is required to be done and this is an important commitment when considering taking the cottage and is a system that - if you cannot commit to doing this properly then please do not book
The use of electricity you use is in your control and we do this to keep the rental cost lower- we only charge you for the amount you actually use and at the same rate we pay for it. To cover this electricity we require a deposit of 200 per week- this will be paid at the same time as paying the main fee which is 6 weeks before entry. This will involve you taking a photo of the meter reading at the start and end of your stay and sending that to us and we will refund the amount not used. The majority of people use between 20-40 per week - but can be several times that in mid winter and the balance is refunded within a day or two of you leaving as long as we get the readings. It will also be held pending satisfactory clearance on the condition of the property on arrival of the new guests.
