There will be four races:

7:00am - Course open for inspection

8:00am - Coaches meeting at the finish line

8:30am - JV Girls

9:15am - JV Boys

10:00am - Varsity Girls

10:45am - Varsity Boys

Course

See below for the course map. There are no changes to the course that has been run in the past (follow: red, orange, then green arrows). It is a 1ish mile loop with a 1 mile out/back + 5k extension into the gym parking lot. We will have course marshals at all the major junctions along the course to direct runners and hold car traffic. Please advise your athletes to be aware that cars will still have access to the roads during the race and be cautious.

Facility

• Team tents can be setup anywhere in the start/finish area as long is it doesn't interfere with start and finish lines.

• Restrooms are located underneath the stadium adjacent to the tennis courts.

• Parking will be available in the top 3 rows of the gym parking lot (last 2 reserved for race finish). All other parking lots on campus are open with exception to the one adjacent to the track near the start/finish area.

• Buses should drop off/pick up in the stadium parking lot and teams can walk up the ramp to the stadium.

Volunteers

We have need for 10-15 volunteers directing runners on course and helping at the finish line. Our team is smaller this year and not all our coaches are able to be at the meet. We will have a meeting at 7:30am at the finish line to assign tasks. Please let me know how many you are able to provide. Any help is greatly appreciated in helping this meet run smoothly.
