Welcome

Welcome to the Nyack High School Red Storm Marching Band! The marching band is one of the most active components of our school’s music program, and is a hard-working group of students dedicated to performing, entertaining audiences, having fun, and making friends through music. 

Marching band develops a sense of belonging, pride, discipline, and accomplishment, not only for the members, but also for their families. It is an experience unlike any other, and participating students create lifelong friendships, and core memories they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Year after year, our goal is to also be better than we were, better than we are, and better than we think we can be. Our commitment to excellence in everything we do is a never-ending challenge filled with moments of great fun, great memories, and great performances!!!

The Red Storm Marching Band is a year-round ensemble that actively participates in football season, in the New York State Field Band Conference competition circuit, and in local parades and other events in Rockland County.
