Feed the Band

Spring Season:

Before each spring parade event, the band is fed a bagel/juice breakfast provided and served by parent volunteers.

Volunteers are needed to set up/serve breakfast/clean up

The band begins breakfast at the arrival time, and departs for the parades one hour afterwards

An email will be sent out before each game with a link from Signup.com.

• • Bagels, cream cheese and butter, juice for 100 band members

  • Cases of half pint water bottles - at least 150 bottles

Fall Season:

When the band has an evening game, food needs to be provided between practice and leaving for the game by parent volunteers.  

Volunteers are needed to set up/serve dinner/clean up

The band generally breaks for dinner between 5:15 - 5:45 pm and departs for the field by 6:15 pm.

An email will be sent out before each game with a link from Signup.com

• • Plates, napkins, utensils for 100

  • Approx. 25 pizzas delivered to Nyack High School by 5 PM

  • Cases of half pint water bottles - at least 150 bottles

  • Dessert - cookies, brownies, cupcakes, etc.

  • Volunteers are needed to set up/serve dinner/clean up
