About Us

Who We Are:

The Pre-Veterinary Society at Northwestern University is a newly founded group on campus dedicated to supporting students interested in a career in veterinary medicine. Through guest lectures, meetings and community service trips, the Pre-Veterinary Society at Northwestern University hopes to stimulate or strengthen an interest in the veterinary field. The group's mission is to assist students with the admissions process, promote connections between pre-vet students and provide resources and guidance through the support of the University Academic Advising Center.

Whether you know the specific type of veterinarian you want to become or you hope to pursue an animal care career, the group is open to students of all majors.
