Welcome to my genealogical pages for the Parsons family and several other families in my tree. I've put these pages together to give anyone interested in these family lines a taste of the information my father, Roy Lee Parsons, my mother, Leora Atkinson Parsons, and I have collected over the years. Of course we could not have gathered this material without the help of many others too numerous to name here.
As you'll see, these pages are not complete family trees or histories, and I have more detailed information on some of the families, so please contact me if you have any questions. Also please contact me if you find an error on these pages or if you have information that I should show here.
Any individual may freely use this material as general information in tracing her or his own genealogy as long as that use is not for profit. I believe that genealogical information is useful and helpful only if it is freely shared with others who can use it in writing the stories of their own families. Please note, though, that I have given no specific sources for any of the information, so it should not be used as a reference for complete genealogical work or for application for membership in the DAR or any other organization that requires genealogical proof of descent.
