STUFF BUCKSTOP (Pre- and On-Tour)

Responsibilities:

• Figure out what all has to come on tour, where it's coming from, who's getting it there, etc...

• Communicate with all the interested parties (other buckstops, etc.) to be sure everything is coordinated

• Round up volunteers to help schlep as needed

Some of the STUFF that needs to be kept track of.:

MISC/CAMP:

  • hot water heater?

  • easy up(s)

  • hand washing

  • First Aid Kits

  • white boards / pens

  • fire extinguisher

  • tools

  • shovel/hatchet (camp fires)

  • extension cords

  • hoses

  • yurt?

KITCHEN:

• • coolers

  • coffee

  • dish racks

  • bulk food

  • pot & pans

  • propane tanks (empty)

WORKSHOPS:

• • mask making stuff

  • quilt making stuff

  • juggling stuff

  • signs and boards

  • hula hoops

SHOW:

• • band jackets / costumes

  • rigging (trapeze, silks, ropes)

  • band music box

  • music stands

  • music stand lights

  • banners & flags (show and parade)

  • sound equipment

  • light equipment

  • torch fuel

  • fire extinguisher

  • concessions (t-shirts, food)

  • extension cords

  • Band instruments (especially large ones..., like how many tubas?)

  • percussion (NOTC's bass drum, cymbals)
