Information
All homeowners MUST comply with the watering restrictions in order to efficiently use our water resource. These watering restrictions are provided for in our Original By Laws & Covenants (December 20th, 2002), Exhibit B, Section B., Subsection 3., which states:
"To furnish water on a metered basis or on the basis of space, size or other basis for the water user which may be authorized by law and by the members; to assess the members for the water and collect the same; to keep and maintain the water system and water lines connecting to the development; and to limit the water to its members as may be required by the amount of water available;"
and in our first amended By Laws & Covenants (August 14th, 2008), Article X - Assessments, Section IV., which states:
"Limitation of Water Use. The Board of Directors may limit the use of water for irrigating purposes as it deems necessary in the best interest of all the members of the HOA."
