This subdivision consists of lots that are designated as either Class A, Class B, or Class C.
A quorum is achieved at a meeting by having one-tenth or more attendance of each class of which that are entitled to vote. When the vote for change is in regards to annual assessment, a representation of forty percent of each class of which that are entitled to vote is required.
