Weekday Game Locations (M-F Lunch Pickup and Evening Games)

• Alga Norte Park     (or  Encinitas Community Park (ECP) or Calavera Community Park or Stagecoach Community Park   )

  • Mon-Fri 12-1:30 pm (game starts at 12:15 pm or so). Alga grass field is our usual location, but we'll move it to Calavera or Stagecoach if there are known field closure issues. As of Summer 2024, we play the Wednesday game at ECP, and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday games at Alga.  Tuesday games only rarely occur.

  • Players check-in using the Check-In tool.  Check in there if you want to play, and then refresh and look at the appropriate tab at the bottom to see who is in. We'll generally play if we have 8 or 10  total check-ins.

  • We don't play here when it has rained heavily. Play usually changes to  Alga Norte Community Park turf fields on rainy days or when the field is too wet / muddy.

  • We'll often have BBQs / parties here for various occasions.  A typical event starts with a game of ultimate and/or goaltimate and then a celebration afterwards.
    
    

• Wednesday Goaltimate at Encinitas Community Park (ECP) or Stagecoach Community Park or Cardiff Sports Park  (suspended until further notice)

  • Players check-in using the Check-In tool.  Check in there if you want to play, and then refresh and look at the Evening Goaltimate tab at the bottom to see who is in. We'll generally play if we have 8 total check-ins.

  • During Daylight Savings Time (March to November), we play at 5:30 PM at Encinitas Community Park or Cardiff Sports Park  until twilight.  The exact location is always TBD, and it's a big park. Look around for the arches.

  • During Daylight Standard Time (November to March), we play at 6:00 PM at Stagecoach Community Park or Cardiff Sports Park for about 2 hours. We try to play on one of the upper turf baseball diamonds, but look around if you don't see us there.

  • We poach a section of the field not being used by youth sports that have the field rights. Be respectful of the coaches and parents.
    
    

• Friday Night Beach at Tamarack State Beach (suspended until further notice)

  • Friday Evening  5:30pm, on the sand about 200 yards north of the Tamarack Beach parking lot.

  • This game generally only occurs during Daylight Savings Time, from March through October.
    
    

Weekend Game Locations

• Encinitas Community Park (ECP)

  • NORMALLY Sundays, 9am - 11:30am; first pull begins at 9:15AM . Please be on time.

  • We don't use the Check-In tool for Sunday play since we pretty much always have sunday numbers. However The Check-In tool ECP tab will usually have the game/field status in the first or 2nd comments, so check the ECP checkin page prior to coming in case there's a field closure, especially if there has been rain.

  • Natural grass field.  We usually play on the field adjacent to the skate park, but look around if you don't see us there because sometimes someone else takes the field first.

  • The field doesn't drain well, and Encinitas closes the fields when there has been rain.  We don't have a fallback location for this game at this time. The Encinitas field status line is 760-633-2761. Check the check in tool for status update.

  • Bring the whole family (including dogs).  There's a nice playground and dog park nearby.
    
    

• Oceanside Harbor Beach - (suspended until further notice)

  • Saturdays, 9am - 11am. Free 2 hour parking here.

Other Fields

• Alga Norte Park - 2 turf soccer fields and a grass baseball outfield.

• Stagecoach Community Park 2 turf soccer fields and a grass baseball outfield.

• Buena Vista Elementary School (BVES) - Alternate grass field when school is not in session.

• Magnolia Elementary School - Alternate grass field when school is not in session.

• Pine Avenue Park - Turf soccer and softball fields.  We'll occasionally use this location during rain closures and/or when the other natural grass fields aren't available.

• Poinsettia Community Park - Turf field is often tied up by soccer players.  Turf was recently replaced in late 2014.

• Rancho Buena Vista Ballpark - Two natural grass fields in pretty good condition.

• Sunset Park - Alternate grass field in San Marcos that we have never really played on but is a potential fallback.

• Valley Middle School - Alternate grass field when school is not in session.
