Originally from San Francisco, Sharon Wong graduated from New York University with a BFA in Film & Television. She began her editorial career in network news in New York City, working at CBS, NBC, WNET and the NBC White Papers, among others. She has worked with director Roland Joffe, twice Oscar-nominated for The Mission and The Killing Fields, and on feature films including American Gun, All Souls Day, Walking Tall and Aurora Borealis, with stars such as Donald Sutherland, Forest Whitaker, Juliette Lewis, Marcia Gay Harden, and Shia Le Beouf. Her television credits include Project Greenlight, produced by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck; Sounder, directed by Emmy-award winning director Kevin Hooks; and several documentaries for PBS. She is currently working on a Warner Premiere film The Preacher's Kid, starring hit gospel singer Le Toya Luckett of Destiny's Child, with first time director Stan Foster. Ms. Wong lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Academy-award nominated film editor Richard Nord, and their three children.
