I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at NEOMA Business School in France. I completed my Ph.D. in Marketing at Arizona State University in 2019 under the direction of Dr. Ruth N. Bolton. My research interests are in electronic word-of-mouth, digital marketing strategies, customer perception of betrayal, and customer relationship management.
