본 실험실은 집적화된 나노 소자 제작 및 새로운 고효율 에너지 재료 개발에 초점을 두고 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
- 현재 실험실에서 증착 가능한 ALD 물질들: Al2O3, ZnO, Al:ZnO, TiO2, Zn(O,S), SnO2, ZrO2, Nb2O5, etc
- 대학원 석사, 박사 및 학부연구생(RA)을 모집하고 있습니다. 관심있는 학생들은 연락바랍니다.

Nanodevices and Materials for Energy Laboratory
Research in our laboratory focuses on the fabrication of nanodevices and the development of new materials for highly efficient energy utilization.
PI: Prof. Jaeyeong Heo
Atomic layer deposition (ALD) of transparent conducting metal oxides (SnO2, ZnO, Al:ZnO, TiO2)
Fabrication of highly efficient thin film solar cells (CIGS, CZTS, Cu2O, SnS, etc.)
Development of amorphous oxide semiconductor thin film transistors (IGZO, ZTO, etc.)
Chemical synthesis of one-dimensional materials
- Currently available materials grown by ALD in our lab.: Al2O3, ZnO, Al:ZnO, TiO2, Zn(O,S)
