Welcome!
Pack 59 consists of 40+ boys & girls aged Kindergarten through 5th grade.
Each den of 6 to 15 Scouts meets twice a month for meetings on a weekday evening. Once a month, our larger pack meets for special activities.
Cub Scouting is year-round fun for the whole family. In Scouting, boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their very best future selves. It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life. We make sure scouts have fun and live to the motto, "Do your best."
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
The spring brought all sorts of fun activities for our dens. The Bears (3rd grade) planned and put together a Carnival for their fellow scouts. The Lions (kindergarteners) took a field trip to tour the fire house and had a box car race. The Wolves (2nd grade) toured the US Mint and searched for fossils. The dens and pack also took advantage of the gorgeous weather for some hikes.
