Thank you for your interest in Spring Creek & Creekside, where coming home should always feel this good! My name is Tami Gustine and I believe we have the perfect apartment home for you!
Our security deposit is $400 minimum. We offer 6 month leases. 5x7 storage is $25 per month and a 10x20 garage is $75 per month.
We offer spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes that are designed with your specific wants and needs in mind! I know that you will love our homes, which include a spacious balcony or larger living room, huge dressing closets, washer and dryer (in 2 & 3 bedroom apartments) assigned covered or uncovered parking, a community garden, off-leash dog park, sports courts, access to 2 free bus routes every 30 minutes and cardio/weight rooms! We are professionally managed by Riverstone Residential Group, and we are here to make your upcoming move a seamless process, from start to finish!
Will you be bringing a pet? We are a very animal-friendly community, and welcome two animals per apartment home, provided they comply with our breed guidelines. We even have an off-leash dog park and provide pet stations throughout the properties! I’ll be happy to review the details of our pet policy during your visit, yet please feel free to call me with additional questions in the meantime. An additional pet deposit of $400 and $25 per month pet rent per pet with a 2 pet limit.
