Yes. She's relatively good and her husband is a very honest contractor and if things need to be done to your current house to sell it faster or if there are things to fix to the house you buy, Jane will have Jim do things very fast. If you do not need any contracting work done, another good realtor is Kim Knudsen and yet another one is Donna Rinaldi. I like Jane because of the "Jim" component as it is often difficult to get a contractor to fix things up to get your house more sellable or to fix things in the house you buy, but otherwise I would go with Kim or Donna who are excellent. They all know me and would probably treat you extra well.
