Mitigating Climate Change by Nature Inspiration
Different Levels of Bio-mimicry
We must learn the cure of climate change from Nature: Nature Inspired
Nature-inspired products available in the market at present
The products shown in possess specific nature mimicked functions, nature inspired architectures or a combination. Many nature mimicked functional products have developed and many of these are now available in the market, for instance a gecko tape inspired from gecko feet, which helps geckos to adhere on the surface; a noiseless ceiling fan inspired by fins of whales is introduced by “LG” in India, Velcro inspired by the cocklebur seeds, which has hook-shaped spikes that interlock with looped fabric; and superhydrophobic windscreen inspired by the lotus leaf effect (highlighted by green circle in).

Artificial Photosynthesis Inspired by Natural Synthesis
Artificial intelligence-based robotics inspired by human brain
Brain-inspired computing is a smart computing system working with designed intelligence algorithms to make decisions such as self-driving vehicles, robotics, and face-recognition systems, etc. Algorithms enable the computer to intelligently respond to signals received from the sensor through communication with other devices and saving memory similar to the human brain. Recently a human-like mobile robot has been reported to work dexterously in the laboratory day/night like a chemist. It is enabled with safety features to work with humans in the same laboratory or working space making it a prime example of a human collaborative robot (COBOT). The intelligence algorithms are major features of a machine capable of making its own decisions like a human being.
