Doctor Francisco Rufino Goenaga y Olza was born on October 4, 1855 in La Guaira Venezuela, South America. He died on March 1, 1937 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. *81.

Don Federico Acosta Velarde (1896-1944), grandson of Don José Julián Acosta y Calbo; founder of the Nationalist Party in Puerto Rico. He presided over the Nationalist Party in Puerto Rico between 1925 and 1928. He was the brother of Don Ángel Acosta Velarde, Don Mariano Acosta Velarde (1895-1985), Don José Acosta Velarde, Dr. Jaime Acosta Velarde (1904-1977) and Doña María del Pilar Acosta Velarde. His parents Don Ángel Acosta Quintero who was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on February 5 of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five (1865) and died in San Juan, Puerto Rico on the third (3) of October of the year one thousand nine hundred forty-three (1943) and Doña María Velarde Villanova who was born in Huesca, Spain, on June nineteen (19) of the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven (1867) and died in San Juan, Puerto Rico on the second (2) of the month of April of the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-four (1944).
