BOARD AND OTHER IMPORTANT NEWS AND UPDATES!
PTA and PTSA Leaders,
We do not have the words thank you enough for supporting our children, our families, our members, our educators and our communities during these difficult and constantly changing times. NH PTA is here to assist you in every way we can, as we navigate these uncharted waters together. You are amazing leaders in your schools and communities, and we APPRECIATE YOU.
During these extraordinary times, and working under both state and federal disaster, emergency, and pandemic declarations and orders, NH PTA is attempting to provide adequate and full flexibility to you as leaders of our PTA/PTSAs to allow for appropriate business to continue under these circumstances. We have put together some information we thought would be helpful while we navigate this temporary new way of life. Click the link below to read, copy or print.

For General Guidance for PTAs and PTSAs
If local PTAs and PTSAs choose to hold meetings via teleconference, conference call or video conference during the State of Emergency Order , there are various free tools to consider that allow you to hold online conference calls or video meetings with multiple attendees (subject to limitations).
Some options include:
1. GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar
2. Zoom *
3. Slack
4. GROUPME
7. Techsoup
To compare conference call systems, please go to

* Please note that Zoom’s free plan normally limits conference calls to 40 minutes, but this rule has been temporarily lifted for K-12 schools affected by Coronavirus.
Citing these companies does not imply endorsement by NH PTA or National PTA.
