Camp 2023

Registration Information:

• Register your family online and pay by Sunday, August 6, 2023.

  • Make checks payable to "NHCC" with "Warm Beach Camp" in the memo and turn it in to Glenn Olson.

    • Please contact Pastor Micah if you miss the deadline to see if there is still a possibility of joining us at camp. :-)

Camp Costs (campsite/per night):

• Campsite: $60

Day visitors (person/per day):

• All ages:  $10 (Max $50 per family)

Camp-Out Overview

Warm Beach Camp and Conference Center is located a few miles south of Stanwood, Washington. If you are driving an RV or Trailer you may want to take Stanwood exit 212 off the I5 and approach the camp from the North. Families have the option of arriving as early as 2 pm Thursday afternoon and as late as Saturday evening, and staying for as many or as few days as possible. Day visitors are also welcome.

All camp sites have electricity and water (no sewer) and most will accommodate up to 30’ RVs. Rather than gravel, sites are packed dirt - far more comfortable for all our tent-going folks, though you may want to bring a broom! Other useful items include extension cords & power strips, rugs or mats to place outside doors, Fire circles are available upon request from the Guest Service staff. Firewood, matches and fire starter are provided. Campers are free to roam the grounds and surrounding town. One can enjoy activities like puttering at the flea market and rustic local shops or attending a movie at the cinema in Stanwood. 

Schedule: 

• Any Time: Disc Golf, Tennis, Volleyball: Open Daily, all day (recreational equipment available to all on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Thursday:

• 2pm Early arrival time.

• 4pm official arrival time in camp sites: 101-116

• 8-10pm Campfire, s'mores, and/or board games under the lights.

Friday:

• • TIME TBD - Some folks may go visit the local lakes and do some paddle-boarding, swimming, etc. 

• 7-8pm NHCC Swimming (Adult supervision required). The pool area includes locker rooms and restrooms, two heated outdoor pools and various inflatable balls.

• 8-10pm Campfire, s'mores, and/or board games under the lights.

Saturday:

• 8-9am  Pancake (and sausage) breakfast, hosted by Glenn & Diana.  Just bring a plate, silverware, and something to drink--milk or juice. 

• 9-10am Climbing Wall. This is limited to the first 15 people (must be 7+ yrs old). I will be taking reservations on a first come first serve basis. Email Glenn if you would like to join in!

• 10-11am Putt-Putt golf--always a crowd favorite for all ages and abilities!

• 1-2pm NHCC Swimming (Adult supervision required). The pool area includes locker rooms and restrooms, two heated outdoor pools and various inflatable balls.

  • TIME TBD - Some folks may go visit the local lakes and do some paddle-boarding, swimming, etc. 

• 6-7pm Church Potluck in our campground area.  Bring your own plates, silverware, and drinks...AND...a potluck items of your choosing--main course, salad, dessert, etc.

• 8-10pm Campfire, s'mores, and/or board games under the lights.

Sunday:

• 10-11:30am Church service (at the chapel or amphitheater).

• 2pm Check out.
