Dr Kara Ng

Hello! My name is Dr Chi In Kara Ng. I am a Senior Lecturer (associate professor) in Organisational Psychology at Alliance Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester in the UK. 

I study workplace mistreatment (e.g., workplace bullying, abusive supervision, incivility) and unethical behaviour at work (e.g., counterproductive work behaviour). 

I am primarily a quantitative researcher and a psychologist by training and education.
