Val attended the NASA BSURE Workshop!

TRISH Diversity Program awardee Dr. Rachel Seidler hosted the B-SURE (Boosting Spaceflight Underrepresented Research Equity) Workshop in Orlando, Florida on October 16-19.

Mentors and mentees engaged in networking conversations and discussed how to translate mentee research into space health applications. Additionally, attendees learned about NASA's Artemis Program, TRISH and NASA scientific and operational priorities, and grant writing best practices. TRISH's Catherine Domingo presented on the Institute's Diversity Program goals and activities.

The B-SURE program is designed to launch underrepresented researchers into the field of space health research.
