The Golden Sower logos and name are the intellectual property of the Nebraska Library Association. Use of the Golden Sower name or logos as part of a description of an event, club, or similar for educational, non-profit use is permissible. Use of the Golden Sower name or logo as part of an official title of an event or product, such that would lead to confusion about sponsorship, is prohibited without the official consent of the Nebraska Library Association. Inquiries about the use of the logo or name can be directed to the official GSA email at nlagoldensower@nebraskalibraries.org.
GSA receives permission to use cover images to promote the books and the award and follows the principles of fair use. It is the responsibility of each individual promoting the award to receive permission from publishers to use images. Official information regarding the awards will be shared via the website, www.goldensower.org, and the GSA’s social media channels. All inquiries can be directed to the official GSA email address at nlagoldensower@nebraskalibraries.org.
Golden Sower merchandise is available through the Golden Sower Store on the website or the designated hosting party site. Prices of items will be reviewed regularly to ensure that cost provide a revenue stream for the program while maintaining a low cost for purchases. The Golden Sower Manual is compiled by volunteers and is the property of the Golden Sower Committee and NLA. The manual is available to purchase through a Teachers Pay Teacher store and is a regular source of income for the committee.
