OUR COMPANY

Naz Project Management (NPM) was founded in 2003 by Mr. Nazri A.Wahab in Johor Bahru to meet the increasing demand for responsive, cost-effective, quality, construction management services for complex projects and resolution of construction disputes. Our construction project management company has extensive experience in the construction industry including project management, CPM scheduling, cost planning, contractual claims and management training.

The company's involvement with a wide range of clients is a product of Mr. Nazri's participation in a large variety of different sized projects throughout the formative years of his contractual management, training & consulting career. Mr. Nazri's experience with previous employers provides a broad exposure to the technical and managerial challenges associated with different sized construction projects throughout Johor.

Since its inception, NPM has demonstrated an unyielding commitment to each client. NPM has been recognized for its ability to develop creative and practical solutions to meet a project's special requirements. The staff's expertise allows it to identify and overcome potential problems early in the design process.   • We provide proper planning during pre-construction

  • We ensure careful review of all documentation from design through construction

• RISK/CLAIM MANAGEMENT

  • We anticipate risk/claim situations by observing the contractor’s or subcontractor’s operations, public comments and “off-the-record” complaints

  • We document and manage claims and possible claims during construction

• CLEAR/CONCISE EXPECTATIONS

  • We assure that the owner and the contractor agree on complete scope of work, complete special conditions and full disclosure that will reduce or eliminate contingencies in the bid

  • We encourage practices that allow the owner to buy an acceptable schedule of values (bid estimate) at or below the cost estimate/budget

  • We implement the team approach so that all parties feel they are partners in the successful outcome of the projects. Effective communication is a key leadership characteristic

  • We conduct team meetings with the owner, architect and consultants that include updates to the project’s progress and any activities necessary in their specific fields
