2023 National 4-H GIS/GPS Leadership Team Application

Members of the National 4-H GIS/GPS Leadership Team (GGLead) promote geospatial education by developing projects and sharing ideas with 4-H and other groups. If you are interested in this leadership opportunity, complete and submit the PDF application forms linked below. Please read the guidelines and participation requirements carefully, and start planning to participate in our team.

Instructions:

• Download the fillable PDF application forms using the download arrow of the links below.

• Use Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat to complete and digitally sign the forms. While you may be able to open and edit the form with other software or mobile device apps, it may corrupt the file and may not allow digital signatures.

• Complete all the required form fields.

• Be sure to save the form when done editing, and insert your state and your name as part of the filename!

• Sign digitally in the appropriate box. There is a link on the signature page to a help site for digital signatures.

• Forms must be signed by the State 4-H Leader or authorized representative.

  • Your state may have a selection process for determining GGLead nominees, so contact your County Extension or State 4-H Office as soon as possible to determine the qualifications and procedures you must follow.

• Submit the completed forms by e-mail using the address shown on the last page.

• Only entries submitted using these original PDF forms will be accepted! Forms must be electronically completed. Printed and scanned forms will not be accepted.

Applications will be accepted until MARCH 10, 2023.
