Quality Assurance:
imageQC
imageQC have methods for analysing QC images for CT, Xray, mammography, gamma camera, SPECT, PET and MR. Different levels of automated analysis are available, but in addition one may perform the analysis with access to visualizations of the calculation process, facilitating validation and troubleshooting. imageQC also have functionalities for extracting user-specified DICOM information and renaming/sorting files based on DICOM information.

Shielding calculations:
Shield NM CT
Shield NM CT is an open source software to perform shielding calculations for radioactive sources and CT sources.
A floor plan may be imported as an image, the scaling is set, areas are drawn to specific occupancy factors, walls are drawn to specify material end thickness, radioactive sources are positioned with isotope, activity, timing ++ specified, CTs are positioned and dosemap ++ defined (general models available as default).
The two dimensional dose distribution is calculated and visualised as a color overlay on top of the floor plan and for the floor above/below specifying floor heights and materials. Maximum doserate from the isotopes can also be visualized to verify e.g. maximum doserate outside injection/treatment rooms.
