Hypnosis is a way to focus your awareness through calming your brain!

Stare into the centre of the image and let your mind float. Try not to move your gaze away from the centre. Breath and enjoy!

Magic Eye Pictures! 

Make the image full screen. Put your face close to the screen and stare at the picture. Slowly move your head back from the screen while trying not to blink or move your eyes too much. Keep your eyes "unfocused".
