I forgot to register for the class. Can I just show up?
Those who did not pre-register will not be able to attend.
If you do not receive a confirmation email or reminder email than you did not complete the registration of the class.
An emergency has come up and I am no longer able to attend. What should I do?
Please go to your customer account and cancel through my bookings. If you have any questions feel free to contact us here. Please do not just no show for the class.
What should I bring with me to class?
You should have lotion, hand sanitizer, 1 to 2 sets of sheets, bolster or pillow, large towel or blanket and a face cradle cover. 1 table for every 2 people. It is recommended that you bring a table just in case.
Is lunch provided for us?
No. You are provided a 1 hour break where you can leave for lunch. You can bring a small personal cooler if you prefer not to purchase your lunch. We do provide snacks and water for all class participants.
How do I find the list of all the classes I have attended?
The past classes shown under "my bookings" are only the classes attended since the relaunch of this website. If you need a list of all classes that you have attended please send a request through the contact us page. Provide your Name and the dates you are looking for.
I want to sign up for multiple classes. Why do I only see past classes?
We only allow bookings to be made for the Current Class. Future classes become available when they become the current class.
If you search for any class you will find past classes listed.
When are classes available for booking my seat?
Classes become available to book typically the day after the last classes has been taught.
