Protect Cell Data in Excel 2010

Step 1 - Protect the whole sheet

Click the Protect Sheet command button in the Changes group on the Review tab.

Step 2 - Un-Protect the sheet

Step 3 - Select the cells to un-protect

Step 4 - Press CTRL+1 then select UNLOCK

Step 5 - Repeat step 1 to finish
