"Yellow submarine", The Beatles

Los Beatles fueron una banda inglesa de gran importancia, que surgió en Liverpool en 1960. No sólo fueron importantes por su música y letras, sino también por lo que comenzó a llamar el fenómeno fan. La beatlemanía aún existe, y como quizás sepáis se siguen lanzando recopilatorios y colecciones de este grupo. Sus componentes eran Jhon Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison y Ringo Starr. McCartney y Starr permanecen activos, Lennon fue asesinado en 1980, y Harrison murió de cáncer en 2001.

"Yellow Submarine" es una canción de los Beatles grabada entre el 26 de mayo y el 1 de junio de 1966, en los estudios 2 y 3 de EMI Studios.

Yellow Submarine también es una película. Esta es la cuarta entrega cinematográfica que hicieron. Pero con la diferencia con las otras tres anteriores que esta es de dibujos animados, la cual fue concebida y dirigida por George Dunning. La aportación de los Beatles a la misma, son las canciones y una pequeña aparición al término de esta película.
