Our aim:
Cyber security and Internet of Things (IoT) research group is constituted at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun, India to do cutting edge research in the field of Cyber security and Internet of Things. We are working with the vision to do research for the society benefits and to invent new products, software and tools to ease the day-to-day life of the people.
Research areas covered:
1. Information security, cyber security and network security.
2. Designing of security protocols for Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Intelligent Things (IoIT), Internet of Healthcare Things (IoHT), Internet of Battlefield Things (IoBT), Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), Internet of Vehicles (IoV), Internet of Drones (IoD) and Internet of Energy (IoE).
3. Use of machine learning techniques in the designing of security protocols.
4. Use of blockchain methods in the designing of security protocols.
5. Security in other computing environments i.e., cloud computing, fog computing and edge computing.
