LIBRARY RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Reference Books and journals/periodicals cannot be issued.

2. Each thing should be registered in the respective register. E.g. Issuing Register, Internet Register, Reading Room Register etc.

3. Ensure silence in the premises.

4. Mobiles are strictly prohibited.

5. No student will be entertained unless he/she is in uniform with the valid College Identity card.

6. Books once issued will not be returned in the same day.

7. No library material will be taken out of the library without permission library staff.

8. Deposit your bags, personal reading material and other belongings in Property counter. The library staff is not responsible for the loss or damage of the student’s belongings.

9. Smoking, eating, chewing gum and tobacco are strictly prohibited. In case the same will be found, the respective student/s is/are liable to pay fine of Rupees 100/-.

to be Issued

1) Principal / Head of Departments : Thirty Five (35)

2) Full Time Faculties : Twenty Five (15 @ entry level)(For Need no limit)

3) Visiting Faculties : Ten (10)

4) Students : Two (02)

Duration:

1) Full Time Faculties : Till term end.

2) Visiting Faculties : For Specified days of Visits.

3) Students : 07 Days.

(Renewal is possible only once)

LIBRARY TIMING

Closed on Sundays and College Holidays.
