Chicago Trip!
The Pre-PA Club is planning a Chicago trip! We will visit the Rosalind Franklin and Northwestern PA programs on Saturday, April 6 - Sunday, April 7. We will be touring the schools, meeting with faculty and students, and getting to know the programs overall. This will be a great opportunity to get in touch with the faculty at the schools in a small group setting and learn more about both schools!
The cost to attend will be $20, which can be paid through Venmo or through cash. We will also be covering money for gas. We do recommend bringing other spending money for food and other activities because you will have some free time to explore the city.
If you are interested in attending, please sign up with the link attached below! Unfortunately the spots will be limited, so this is first-come-first-served only. If all of the spots are filled, you can add yourself to the waitlist. This is a member-only event, so membership dues MUST be paid in order to join. There are no exceptions due to limited spots. We will be checking to ensure that dues are paid.
*IMPORTANT*: The trip payment of $20 must be paid before putting your name on the list. If a payment is not received, your name will be removed from the list to open up spots for other members.
The deadline to sign-up is Friday, March 22 @11:59 p.m.
We will not be providing transportation to Chicago, however, we will be helping to form a carpoll. As such, we will need people to volunteer to be drivers! If there aren't enough drivers, we will have to condense the list even more, so please keep that in mind.
Once the sign up is full, more specific information about the hotel, timing, and a waiver will be sent out to the members attending.
