For senior design I students:

• 1. Fill in the design review form.

  2. When you submit that form, you'll receive a link to a spreadsheet, where your grading form will appear after a minute or so.

  3. Click on the link to your generated grading form and verify that all your information is correct. If not, edit and re-generate your grading form.

  4. E-mail or message the senior design instructor that your form is ready.

For senior design II students, complete and print these forms:
