Sayeed Hyder was the first president of MSU BSA. Sayeed received his PhD from Michigan State University. He received his M.Sc and B.Sc from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. He is currently working in Microsoft. His research interest focuses on efficient resource allocation in the wireless networks (in particular, the cognitive radio network) by applying game theory and machine learning algorithms. Apart from spending time in research, he loves to hang out and play monopoly with friends, watch movie, read and write blogs. Favorite quote, "লিলিপুটরা বড় হবে" which means little ones will step up.

Abdul Motin received his PhD from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Michigan State University. In 2006, he received a BS degree in Mechanical engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He completed his MS in Mechanical engineering in 2009 at BUET. Mr. Motin received an outstanding research award in the graduate research symposium 2012 at Michigan State University for his works as a CFD expert in a large collaborative research group. His researches include theoretical and numerical study of separation processes for oil-water mixture, CFD analysis of confined vortex flow and multi-fluids turbulent flow.

Shams Reaz is a 4th year medical student at MSUCOM and worked on cancer research. He likes to watch movies, hanging out, fishing, hunting, traveling, and bowling. His favorite movie is brave heart and is a fan of Hugh Jackman. Favorite quote: "Time and tide waits for none".
