Version 2016.10 released!

Dear all,

We are very happy to let you know that version 2016.10 is available for download here. The engine can automatically detect the external symmetry number of the considered species as well as internal symmetry numbers for the hindered internal rotors. The HIR parameters can be determined automatically using the MSMC-GUI.
