Forms and Docs

Below you will find some of the templates that I have created for documents that I will send home regularly with my students. Publication2 is a parent newsletter that allows the families of my students to have a better idea of who I am and how I am fostering learning in their children. We do many innovative and exciting things in my classroom, and I love nothing more than to share that with the parents! I also have a King's Elementary School letter to parents that I would send home at the beginning of the year as an introduction. In addition, I would send home Publication1, which is a student information form to be returned.  The more that I know about my students, the better that I can work towards creating an instructional design that will benefit them the most. Finally, I also have Book1, a student spreadsheet that is a mail-merge of information for my students that I can use to streamline the letter-writing process to the parents and have access to details about specific students.
