Classroom Philosophy
There are a wide range of abilities and access to different types of technology with each individaul students, therefor, it is important for all to be successful we have a collaborative effort among students and teachers.
Class Expectations
My expectation in technology class is to develop a community of learners. There is a wide variety of background knowledge when it comes to technology. That is why it is so important the classroom environment is one in which students can be coaches and learners. The more we can learn from each other the more we can achieve. In order to create this type of environment it is important that when someone is presenting information, student’s hands are off the computer keyboards. There will not always be assignments given every day, however there will be a variety of projects and activities given with specific due dates. Both my classroom and middle school expectations are that all students will complete their homework.
