Hey All,

As a reminder, students MUST have completed their Gmail conversion (from @dpsnc.net to @my.dpsnc.net) in order for their emails to work. If you are getting bounce backs or students unable to reply to your emails, it’s because they haven’t configured their email.

Please ensure that all of the students you are in communication with have access to their email and have it properly configured!

Configuring Student DPS Gmail

ALL students need to complete this process to configure their student Gmail account. You will get an email bounce back unless this configuration occurs. All 9^th grade have done this configuration if they were here for Orientation. I am happy to help you schedule time with your homeroom or classroom to help students do this. The process itself only takes a minute. Ensure that your students have properly configured their DPS email by walking them through using the directions here and/or the directional video here. Reminder that then you email students using: studentfirst-studentlast@my.dpsnc.net
