Please send in all supplies(folders, pencils, crayons, scissors, glue, etc...the first day of school) Your child will receive a pencil case through school. I already put your child's name on it.

*All cleaning supplies may be turned in the first week of school. Thank you for the donations for our classroom.

*Your child will need a labeled rainy day shoebox/small plastic bin with little things to play with for indoor recess(please nothing expensive or electronic) within the first few weeks of school.
*Please label everything-folders, school bags, lunch bags, sweaters, gym sweatshirts, etc....it makes things much easier if something gets misplaced.
*There are many papers sent home within the first few weeks of school. Please be sure to check your child's home (red) folder daily. Please return all completed forms as soon as possible.

*Ipads must be fully charged each evening and returned to school.
*All workbooks need to be covered with clear contact paper. Your child will also get copybooks in class.(they do not need to be covered but you can if you'd like to )

*If possible, folders should be plastic folders because they will last the whole year. Students should label their blue folder- school folder, their red folder -home folder and their yellow folder- test folder. Please put your child's name on his/her folders and room 107. Your child also needs a Spanish folder.

*Your child will need a healthy snack and drink each day. All morning snacks must be peanut-free.(since we enjoy our snacks outside and are playing with other students)

*Your child must know his/her bus number. If you are making a change in transportation for dismissal, you must send in a note or call the main office by 1:30 pm (I am very good about checking email, however; there may be times that I cannot check it in time or the network is down.)

*Homework will be given Monday through Thursday. The homework will be posted on my website for the week. Homework will be about 20 minutes each night. Students should be reading at least 10 minutes per night. Please practice addition and subtraction facts and high frequency words each night as well. All written homework or the homework copybook must be signed. If there is ever a homework concern, please feel free to reach out.
