I have been teaching since 1998. I am a product of Catholic education, having attended Catholic grade school, high school and college. I earned BS in Education from Duquesne University and a Masters of Education with a concentration in Technology from Arcadia University. I have a Level 2 Certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.
I volunteered for the Mercy Corps and taught in an inner-city Catholic school in Chicago immediately following graduation from Duquesne. My time in Chicago was very special. I loved exploring a new city, meeting new people, and working in a challenging environment. I returned to the Philadelphia suburbs to be closer to family.
After returning to this area, I taught 4th and 5th grade at Gwynedd Mercy Elementary School. After receiving my masters, I went on to teach Technology at Our Lady Help of Christians and St. Alphonsus. Currently, I am teaching technology at Queen of Angels and also consulting as a Tech Integration Specialist at The Montessori School. I have always taught in a Catholic school and enjoy being able to share her faith with the students.
On a personal note, I have been married since 2002. I have 4 children, Luke, Karen, Nicholas, and Charlie. I also love to teach my own children.
