2nd and 3rd Grade

2nd and 3rd graders are great! Now that they are more comfortable at reading, we will be able to do even more in Technology. They have Google Accounts and Chromebooks. Students will also be doing guided research and using tools on the Internet. Be sure to log into Google Classroom to see how awesome they are doing! The class favorite usually is Google Drawings! They love to create and use their imagination. The students also begin to use keyboarding through typing.com and are introduced to coding through Scratch Jr. As they progress through these grades, they will also be introduced to more involved coding through code.org.
