No real good books out there.

Raftery is an OK read, but not really absolutely necessary to pass. There are 2 of these available out there - one in prose and the other in point form. Look at both to decide which one you like.

Catherine Parchment Smith has a 2 volume series for general knowledge as well, kind of an overkill.

Past year questions are a definite must in your revision. Buy a question bank early and start doing them at least once through. It takes patience and dedication to finish the 3000 to 5000 + questions out there. Is it worth it to do questions that are no longer tested (e.g. true/false questions)? My opinion is yes - MCQs are not really repeated word for word but they do help you in your general revision.
