Consultations, Fees and Payment

Consultations

You can contact Mountsorrel Physiotherapy directly on 075234 21181 to book a consultation, if we are unable to take your call, please leave a voicemail with your name, your  number and a brief description for your call. We will contact your back ASAP.

Mountsorrel Physiotherapy operates as a Community Physiotherapy business, therefore all consultations take place at your home or business address.

Consultations are available between 16:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday.

Consultations outside of these times may be available upon request. These will occur an emergency same day/weekend consultation fee, please clarify when arranging a consultation. 

Fees

• Initial consultation = £150-175

• Follow up consultation = £150*

• Emergency same day/weekend consultation = £200*

• Private Health/ Insurance consultation £150-175*

(All consultations are 45-60 minutes in duration).

• *Cancellation fee - full fee chargeable on follow up, emergency/same day and private health/insurance consultation fees, if failure to notify 24 hours prior to consultations date/time.

• Documentation/Correspondence = £25 per 15 minute unit of time completed.

Payment

Mountsorrel Physiotherapy currently only accepts cash payments which are payable at the end of each session. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept payment by cheque or card.
