o January 19th: Science Fair project registration and 6th Grade Roller Coaster registrations are due via Parent Square. They will be sent out after GUSD connectivity gets restored.
o February 1st: Project poster boards are due at the Auditorium
Poster boards and any project materials must be taken home by the end of Family Night, as the auditorium must be cleared out by then. Projects not taken home may get discarded. This includes the paper roller coasters.
o January 29th- February 2nd: Science Fair Week! Questions of the day posted.
In Person Family Night Friday, February 2nd from 5:00-7:00 pm
Science Stations with hands on experience
6th grade paper roller coaster racing to find the winners
CV Falkon Robotics robot demonstration
Conclude the evening with our traditional Diet Coke/Mentos soda geyser!

How do I sign up to do a Science Fair project?
Sign-up using Parent Square forms.
Easy!
Input in Student Name, Parent Name/email, Project Title, Teacher, and if you need a tri-fold poster board. Posters will be delivered to class. If you are doing the science project as a team, one of the team member needs to signup. You can add all the team member names during signup.
How do 6th graders sign up to do a roller coaster?
Look for Parent Square forms.
For 6th graders, the roller coaster materials will be available during the morning recess builds in the month of January before the fair.
