Instructions for Flipgrid Videos:
Please have the Student start the video with a introduction of saying their First name , Grade, Teacher and title of their Science project. They can then describe about their project, explain with their board and show any demo if it applies to their project.
o January 24-28: Science Fair Week! Questions of the day posted.
Virtual Family Night Friday, January 28th from 6:30-7:30 pm
Student first names, science project title, and picture of the students by their science project (from the Flipgrid videos) will be shown.
All 6th grade paper roller coasters with student names, coaster name, and pictures will be shown, plus the top winning coaster video
Fun science activities presented by the Crescenta Valley High School
Conclude the evening with our traditional Diet Coke/Mentos soda geyser!
How do I sign up to do a Science fair Project?
Sign-up using the Sign-up Genius Link or QR Code (in Thursday updates and Peachjar) by Friday, January 14th:

Easy! Click on “Sign up” button, then click on the red button “Submit and Sign up”
Input in Student Name, Parent Name/email, Project Title, Teacher, and if you need a tri-fold poster board. Posters will be delivered to class.
How do 6th graders sign up to do a roller coaster?

For 6th graders, the roller coaster materials will be available during the morning recess builds in the month of January before the fair.
