Volunteered with Basic Rights Initiative (BRI), which is a non-profit organization. It was a one-day program for health care and supplying medicines to a village in Dhaka city. The Basic Rights Initiative (BRI) is committed to ensuring every old and young underprivileged person gets their minimum basic rights, which they ultimately deserve. Basic Rights Initiative works on various aspects.
Our Purpose Is To Help And Create Efficient Solutions For The Impoverished People To Acquire Their Minimum Basic Rights. To Make A Secured And Prosperous Future, We Have To Initiate Steps To Provide Basic Rights To The Deprived People. We are part of a Global Movement For Change, Empowering And Ensuring Basic Rights To Conduct Our Visions.
BRI is a bunch of aware people, seeking maximum impact by building on our respective strengths. Working together increases our collective impact and cost-effectiveness while also contributing to the creation of a beautiful country in which all people have access to their basic rights. We believe that charity is not only a responsibility, but also a process to become an active citizen of a country. And to maintain this BRI: basic rights initiative is working heartily.

Bangladesh Youth Parliament is a platform of development for youth leaders across the country. Youths are the backbone of any country because their proper development mostly depends upon their integrated development of them. Development in Bangladesh also depends upon the proper utilization of its youths because they constitute about one-third (in the age group of 15-35 years of the total population and 37.7 percent of the total civilian labor force. But the youths of this country are suffering from various socioeconomic problems such as unemployment underemployment illiteracy lack of technical education skills and training and financial crisis for self-employment resulting from mass poverty and lack of informative plans implemented & though ultimate success of economic and social development programs depends on the active participation of educated trained persevered organized disciplined and skilled youth force in the development process it is the matter of regret that the youths of Bangladesh could not acquire such qualities due to existing socioeconomic conditions. hence they are not able to participate in the decision-making process of development work as well as their self-employment.

One of the top priority-based companies dams for the construction of various hydraulic dams, elevated rubber dam projects in Shorai Khal, etc. around Chittagong City is M/s Abul Bashar JV. Currently, it is also involved in preparing 3 Nos. Cyclone shelters at Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar for the relief of Rohingya People. Basically, the firms perform all types of work including the construction of hydraulic structures in liaison with the Local Government Engineering Division (LGED) and Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC). About different size rubber dams are built all-around Chittagong, Bangladesh. My functions basically involve the following.
• Co-ordinate all types of project management issues & supply chains.
• Monitoring all the Structural safety including Load Analysis of Hydraulic Elevated Dams.
